the other day me and ryan went to tommys joynt, a fabulous place that serves manly meals for only a few dollars. it looks like this:



we were standing in line waiting to make our orders, and there was a homeless man outside peering in through the window that's behind the counter where the food is served. at first i didn't give a crap but then ryan was like "wow that guy looks so hungry, i feel so bad for him". then i started to feel bad, we both started to feel like shit actually. we were like "lets get that man a sandwich!!" and were totally set on buying him one, but then i looked over my shoulder and saw that he was not mesmerized by the meats and mashed potatoes steaming in front of him, he was just trying to watch the basketball game on the TV screen behind me.

i said i only made this to comment on blogspots and i probably will but...

the photo above is of dylan, i think he was on a lot of drugs if not possibly in a k-hole at the time. it's one of my absolute favorite photos though, he'd probably get weirded out if he found out i used it but we'll see how long it takes before he does.
